Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within India.

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above a certain cart value (if applicable to your store settings).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly through our courier partner's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

The Fashion Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take a photo or video proof and contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
