Return and Refund Policy

Return Window:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items such as innerwear, personal grooming products, or final sale clearance items are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5-7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will collect your bank account or UPI details to process the refund transfer.
